Iron Maidens
What started as small group training for women evolved into a community of likeminded, powerful women supporting each other while growing in strength and crushing goals - in and out of the gym.
​
These women’s-only strength training classes focus on building a sense of community while fostering a safe environment for strength training. The
Iron Maidens programming is highly customizable to cater to the needs of all levels. A trainer is always available to provide support, guidance, and
answer any questions.
​
Iron Maidens also benefit from discounted access to workshops, group outings and activities, networking, and connecting across the greater Madison metropolitan area.

East Side strength:

Downtown strength:

Iron Merchants
Our Men's Strength program combines structure and performance, focusing on balance, strength and agility.

No matter what your goals are, these workouts are focused on building power, making every day life easier. The programming is customized to the needs of all levels. A trainer is always available to provide support, guidance, and
answer any questions.

Iron Merchants also benefit from accountability, adapted program design, and the structure of building independent confidence in a gym setting.
